About Stephanie

I’m at my best when things are a little messy. A growing company whose people systems have not caught up yet. A manager staring down a conversation they have been avoiding. A professional trying to figure out the smartest next move.

I’ve spent more than a decade inside HR and employee relations, not advising from the outside, but doing the work: building performance management systems, designing HR infrastructure and policies, running training and manager development, and leading investigations and sensitive employee matters when they came up.

That experience is the foundation for both sides of what I do now. As a fractional HR consultant, I bring senior-level judgment to organizations that need it but aren’t ready, or don’t need, to hire a full-time HR executive. As an ICF-trained coach, I work with leaders and professionals navigating growth, workplace challenges, and career decisions, including neurodivergent professionals figuring out how to work in a way that actually works for them.
